Banana Peanut Butter Toast
Crunchy ciabatta bread with peanut butter, coconut, fruit and honey
Prep Time 15 minutes mins
- 4 slices Ciabatta bread
- 6-8 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 large sliced banana
- 8 strawberries sliced thinly
- Cinnamon
Lightly toast ciabatta slices
Spread 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter onto each slice
Layer sliced bananas and strawberries
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup
Sprinkle coconut on top of peanut butter
Sprinkle with cinnamon
