Chocolate Chip Oreo Crunch Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ salt
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 14 cup milk
  • ½ cup Chocolate chips
  • CRUMBLE
  • 12 Oreo cookie crumbles cream removed
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F . Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan, or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together the melted butter and sugars until well combined.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the with the yogurt and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
  • CRUMBLE
  • In a small bowl, mix together the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until the crumbs are coated.
  • Sprinkle the Oreo crumble evenly over the top of the bread batter in the loaf pan.
  • Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes.
