Chocolate Sundae Pudding Crunch Squares have a buttery crumble crust, vanilla ice cream pudding layer, fudgy marshmallow dark chocolate sauce, and topped with even more crumble
In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, butter and walnuts (if using) mixing until it becomes crumbly. You can use your hands as well.
Press crumble into a well greased 9X9 inch baking pan
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
Remove from oven and allow to cool, then using your hands break into small pieces and put aside in a medium bowl
In a bowl in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, or an electric mixer, beat pudding mix and milk on low speed for 2 minutes
Add ice cream and continue beating until smooth
Remove half of the crumble from the bowl and spread them evenly across the bottom of the pan
Pour the pudding mixture over the crumble and spread evenly
Add chocolate chips, marshmallows and evaporated milk to a medium saucepan over low heat stirring until fully melted, and ingredients are combined and create a smooth sauce
Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the top of the pudding
