Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ c unsalted butter softened
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts optional
  • 1 3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 6 tbsp evaporated milk
  • Optional: Add whipped cream and cherries

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, butter and walnuts (if using) mixing until it becomes crumbly. You can use your hands as well.
  • Press crumble into a well greased 9X9 inch baking pan
  • Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool, then using your hands break into small pieces and put aside in a medium bowl
  • In a bowl in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, or an electric mixer, beat pudding mix and milk on low speed for 2 minutes
  • Add ice cream and continue beating until smooth
  • Remove half of the crumble from the bowl and spread them evenly across the bottom of the pan
  • Pour the pudding mixture over the crumble and spread evenly
  • Add chocolate chips, marshmallows and evaporated milk to a medium saucepan over low heat stirring until fully melted, and ingredients are combined and create a smooth sauce
  • Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the top of the pudding
  • Sprinkle the remaining crumble over the top
