Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9X13 baking dish
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer for 2 minutes.
Stir in 1 cup of boiling water (the batter will be thin).
Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes, then place in the freezer for one hour.
Remove the cake from the freezer and, using a sharp knife, cut it into 2-inch-wide and 3-inch-long rectangles.
Add the melting milk chocolate to a shallow microwave-safe bowl along with 2 tsp of coconut oil. Cook at 30-second intervals, stirring in between each, until melted. Stir together so the coconut oil is evenly mixed into the chocolate.
Using a slot spoon, dip each cake piece into the chocolate, coating it well. Remove from the bowl and allow the excess chocolate to drip off.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 15 minutes or until fully dried
Do the same thing with the white chocolate, adding 1 tsp of coconut oil and cooking until melted. Drizzle white chocolate over the top of each cake bite, and allow to dry.
Place in airtight container and keep in the freezer. They are meant to be eaten frozen so they can be eaten right away.
