Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream cheese whipped
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup salsa
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 14 oz can of black beans rinsed and drained
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken broth, salsa, garlic, and seasonings into the crockpot and stir
  • Add the cream cheese and heavy cream and whisk together until the cream cheese is fully blended (it should look like a thick sauce)
  • Add the chicken, black beans and peppers
  • Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours
  • Remove the chicken and shred it with a fork, then stir the shredded chicken back into the mixture.
