Ingredients
  

  • 12 8- inch corn tortillas
  • Lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp dried chives
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • coarse sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut tortillas evenly into six triangles and place them on a baking sheet
  • In a small bowl, mix all of the seasoning except salt
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the top and use your hands to toss the chips in the oil, making sure they are all coated on both sides
  • Arrange the tortilla triangles in a single layer on the baking sheet. This ensures they all cook evenly
  • Sprinkle the seasonings on top of the chips
  • Sprinkle with coarse sea salt
  • Bake in the oven at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and then squeeze lime juice over the top
