- 12 8- inch corn tortillas
- Lime
- 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp dried chives
- 1 tbsp dried dill
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- coarse sea salt
Cut tortillas evenly into six triangles and place them on a baking sheet
In a small bowl, mix all of the seasoning except salt
Drizzle the olive oil over the top and use your hands to toss the chips in the oil, making sure they are all coated on both sides
Arrange the tortilla triangles in a single layer on the baking sheet. This ensures they all cook evenly
Sprinkle the seasonings on top of the chips
Sprinkle with coarse sea salt
Bake in the oven at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and then squeeze lime juice over the top
