Easy Peanut Butter M&M Explosion Cookies
Easy Peanut Butter Explosion Cookies are super thick and chewy and filled three flavors of M&Ms
Ingredients
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Nutella optional
- 1 cup of M&M candies
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except M&Ms and Nutella in a large bowl until fully combined
- If using, stir in the nutella into peanut butter mixture
- Mix in the M&Ms
- Using a large cookie scooper or large spoon, place cookies onto a greased or parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
