Combine 5 cups of flour and yeast in a separate bowl

Form into a smooth ball, cover and allow to rise for at least 2 hours
Punch down and turn out a lightly floured surface
Cover and let rest for 10 minutes

Place rolls on a greased sheet pan, cover and allow to rise for 10 minutes.
Bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes
Whisk melted butter and maple syrup in a small bowl
Remove rolls from oven and brush the butter and maple mixture on top
Place back in the oven and bake for 5-10 more minutes or until the tops are golden brown
