Quick and Easy Baked Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 8-8 inch corn tortillas
  • Lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Optional: Seasonings cumin, paprkia, chili powder, tajin

Instructions
 

  • Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut tortillas evenly into six triangles and place them on a baking sheet in a single layer
  • Drizzle olive oil or use a pastry brush to coat the tortilla wedges
  • Sprinkle with coarse sea salt
  • Bake 375 for 8-10 mons
  • Add a squeeze of lime juice
