Coarse sea salt

Instructions
Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut tortillas evenly into six triangles and place them on a baking sheet in a single layer
Drizzle olive oil or use a pastry brush to coat the tortilla wedges
Sprinkle with coarse sea salt
Bake 375 for 8-10 mons
Add a squeeze of lime juice
