Smoked Gouda Buffalo Cheese Dip

Creamy, and extra cheesy with a slightly smoky flavor, tanginess from the ranch dressing, and a kick of heat from the buffalo sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Franks hot sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups shredded smoked gouda cheese
  • ½ cup diced onion finely diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients but cheddar cheese and stir together, then pour the mixture into a 9X9 baking dish.
  • Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top. Put it back in the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the top is nice and bubbly.
