3teaspoonsBetter than Bouillon Roasted Chicken Base or chicken bouillon cubes
5tablespoonsbutter
1cupwhole milk or half and halfor heavy cream
4ozcream cheese
½tablespoonTrader Joe's Everything but the Leftovers seasoningoptional. Taste and add more if desired. Poultry seasoning has a similar taste but every bottle is different so start with 1/2 teaspoon and add more to taste.

Instructions
Add the potatoes to a large pot and add just enough water to cover them. Add the bouillon or base and stir to combine. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Drain the potatoes but do not discard the water. Set it aside.
Add about 1/2 cup water/bouillon mixture back into the potatoes and mash them using a potato masher until smooth. Add the butter, milk, cream cheese and Trader Joe's Seasoning and stir to mix. Taste and add additional seasoning if needed. Add additional water/bouillon mixture if needed to reach desired consistency.
Taste and add salt and pepper to taste. I didn't specify the exact amount of salt and pepper because it will vary depending on how much is in the bouillon you use and the amount of seasoning.
