1.5cups marinated artichoke hearts, strained and chopped
1.5cupsmedium cooked shrimp cut into pieces
1cloveof minced garlic.
¾cupmayonnaise
Instructions
Beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise well with a whisk or electric mixer until fully combined.
Add shredded Parmesan cheese and garlic and stir together well.
Fold in artichoke hearts and shrimp
Place in a medium baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese
Bake uncovered at 350 about 25-35 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly, and serve warm
