Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz low fat package cream cheese softened
  • 1-1/4 cup fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1.5 cups marinated artichoke hearts, strained and chopped
  • 1.5 cups medium cooked shrimp cut into pieces
  • 1 clove of minced garlic.
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise well with a whisk or electric mixer until fully combined.
  • Add shredded Parmesan cheese and garlic and stir together well.
  • Fold in artichoke hearts and shrimp
  • Place in a medium baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese
