Avocado Chickpea Toast with Green Peas
Fresh avocado, mashed chickpeas and green peas on fresh ciabatta bread

- ⅓ cup mashed chickpeas
- ⅓ cup mashed avocado
- ⅓ cup mashed green peas
- Salt
- Red pepper flakes
- 4 slices of bread I recommend ciabatta
- 8 slices cucumber
- 1 cup sprouts
- 8 slices tomato
- flax seeds or chia seeds optional
Combine chickpeas, avocado and green peas and mix together well
Add a pinch of salt (or to taste)
Toast the bread
Spread chickpea mixture over toast
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes - optional chia seeds or flax seeds
Add cucumber, tomato and sprouts (optional)
