DOUGH
In a medium bowl, add yeast and sugar to water and allow to sit for 5 minutes or until bubbles being to form. Add the flour and yeast mixture to the bowl of stand mixer with the dough hook knead for 3-4 minutes, or by hand for 5-6 until it's smooth. Form the dough into a bowl and place in a well greased large bowl, cover with a towel and allow to rise for one hour.
Preheat oven to 425
Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the bottom of a 9"X13" inch baking pan making sure it coats the entire bottom and sides. You can also use non-stick cooking spray
Press the dough into the pan and push down to cover the bottom, pulling up on the sides to make a crust.
Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Using your palm, press the center of the dough down, creating a thick crust along all four sides
Spread the pizza sauce evenly across the bottom
Sprinkle the basil and garlic powder and salt to taste over top of the sauce
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce mixture
Place chopped bacon on top of the cheese
Drop cup of cream cheese by spoonfuls about 2 inches apart across the top
Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes over the top
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, the loosely cover with tin foil and bake an additional 20-25 minutes until the top is bubbly and dough is fully cooked at the bottom
