Ingredients

  • 11.5 oz bag of Garlic Asiago Brazi Bites These are available in the freezer section in most grocery stores. If your store doesn't have them you can use any frozen bread and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  • 8 oz Brie cheese wheel I highly recommend President Brie. It melts perfectly in 20 minutes.
  • ½ cup canned whole berry cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup orange marmalade Optional. If you choose not to use the orange marmalade, use one cup of cranberry sauce.
  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Lightly spray a glass pie pan or a baking sheet with cooking spray
  • Arrange the Brie cheese wheel in the center and place the bread bites around the parameter of the wheel.
  • Combine the cranberry sauce and orange marmalade.
  • Top the Brie cheese wheel with the cranberry sauce/orange marmalade mixture.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the top with the fresh rosemary before serving.

Notes

If you plan to transfer the brie from the baking dish to a serving dish, be sure to line the baking dish with parchment paper.
