1cupcrumbled blue cheese
4ouncescream cheese
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoongarlic powder
1tablespooncorn starch
1tablespoonbutter
½cupdry white wineIf you love the taste of wine in your fondue, you can increase the amount of wine to 1 cup but you may need to add a little extra corn starch to thicken it up a bit.

Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a sauce pan.
Heat the sauce pan on medium-low and whisk until all of the ingredients are melted and combined. If you're using a slow cooker, turn it on "high" and periodically whisk the ingredients until they are melted and combined. Adjust the setting to "warm" while you serve the dip.
Serve with pieces of gluten free baguette, deli counter roast beef (thick cut or sliced thin and serve on a toothpick), tortilla chips or carrot or celery sticks.
