This gluten free pizza pie uses Brazilian cheese bread.

Gluten Free Pizza Casserole

Loaded with your favorite pizza toppings and the perfect amount of crisp from the Brazilian cheesy bread, this Gluten Free Pizza Casserole takes pizza to the next level.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • red bell pepper sliced thin
  • green bell pepper sliced thin
  • 8 oz fresh button or cremini mushrooms sliced
  • 12 oz kielbasa sliced thin. You could traditional sausage or pepperoni instead.
  • 13 oz Pizza sauce I recommend Raos homemade pizza sauce. Raos has mastered the taste of homemade sauces, in a jar!
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 11.5 oz package of Cheddar and Parmesan Brazi Bites or if you're not making this recipe gluten-free, you can use Pillsbury Grands Biscuits. If you're use the Pillsbury Grands Biscuits, cut each biscuit into 4 smaller pieces before topping the casserole.
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. If you're uinsg Pillsbury Grands Biscuits, preheat the oven temperature to 375.
  • Sauté the bell peppers and onions for about 3-4 minutes. Add the kielbasa and mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 additional minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and add the pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Pour the toppings/sauce/cheese mixture into a pie pan.
  • Place the Brazi Bites or biscuit pieces on top of the toppings/sauce/cheese mixture, spacing them out to ensure each serving includes a few bread bites.
  • Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on the top of the pie and bake for 20 minutes.
