8ozshredded mozzarella cheese
11.5ozpackage of Cheddar and Parmesan Brazi Bites or if you're not making this recipe gluten-free, you can use Pillsbury Grands Biscuits.If you're use the Pillsbury Grands Biscuits, cut each biscuit into 4 smaller pieces before topping the casserole.
½cupshredded cheddar cheeseoptional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. If you're uinsg Pillsbury Grands Biscuits, preheat the oven temperature to 375.
Sauté the bell peppers and onions for about 3-4 minutes. Add the kielbasa and mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 additional minutes.
Turn off the heat and add the pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Pour the toppings/sauce/cheese mixture into a pie pan.
Place the Brazi Bites or biscuit pieces on top of the toppings/sauce/cheese mixture, spacing them out to ensure each serving includes a few bread bites.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on the top of the pie and bake for 20 minutes.
