½cupchocolate chips
Instructions
Add peanut butter, maple syrup, and oats to a medium bowl and mix until well combined.
Fold in crushed cashews making sure to distribute them evenly
Roll into 2 inch balls and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
In a small bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave at 30-second intervals stirring in between each until smooth.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the tops of each bite, and place in the freezer for 15 minutes or until the chocolate is dry
