  • 4 tbsp maple syrup enough to keep them together, but don’t want it to feel sticky and wet
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup crushed cashews
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Add peanut butter, maple syrup, and oats to a medium bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Fold in crushed cashews making sure to distribute them evenly
  • Roll into 2 inch balls and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
  • In a small bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave at 30-second intervals stirring in between each until smooth.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over the tops of each bite, and place in the freezer for 15 minutes or until the chocolate is dry
