Ingredients

  • 1 -3/4 cup flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter creamy or chunky
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup sprinkles

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda together and set aside
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar together until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes)
  • Add egg, milk and vanilla and mix well until the egg is fully blended
  • Stir in peanut butter and blend until smooth
  • Add dry ingredients and mix on low until a dough forms, then fold in 1/2 cup sprinkles - don't over mix, once the dough forms stop mixing or it will cause them to be dense
  • With a large cookie scoop, place the dough balls on to a well greased cookie sheet. Then using the bottom of a glass gently press down to flatten each cookie, then press a few more sprinkles into the top
  • BAKE at 375 for 9-11 minutes. Take them out of the oven when they are still a bit dough-like on the inside, they will firm up as they cool.
