Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Blondies

Super moist and chewy Pumpkin-flavored blondies with gooey brown sugar cinnamon swirls and topped with a creamy cinnamon roll spread and light glaze

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Trader Joe's Cinnamon Roll Blondie Bar Mix
  • 6 tbsp Trader Joe's Cinnamon Bun Spread
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree - canned or fresh but not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp Cloves
  • ¼ tsp Ground ginger

Instructions
 

  • Grease a 9X9 baking pan with cooking spray or lined with parchment paper
  • Add cinnamon mix and softened butter to a small bowl and combine with a fork until it forms a crumble
  • Pour the blondie mix into a large bowl and whisk in the spices.
  • Put eggs into a medium bowl and beat lightly
  • Add the melted butter, and pumpkin and mix together well
  • Stir in the blondie mix until just combined
  • Pour half of the batter into the pan, add drops of the cinnamon crumble, and then top with the rest of the batter.
  • Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
  • Spread a thin layer of cinnamon bun spread over the top of the blondies
  • Mix the glaze packet with 1 tbsp of water, stir together and drizzle over the top.
  • Store in the refrigerator
