Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Blondies
Super moist and chewy Pumpkin-flavored blondies with gooey brown sugar cinnamon swirls and topped with a creamy cinnamon roll spread and light glaze

- 1 box Trader Joe's Cinnamon Roll Blondie Bar Mix
- 6 tbsp Trader Joe's Cinnamon Bun Spread
- 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree - canned or fresh but not pumpkin pie filling
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp Cloves
- ¼ tsp Ground ginger
Grease a 9X9 baking pan with cooking spray or lined with parchment paper
Add cinnamon mix and softened butter to a small bowl and combine with a fork until it forms a crumble
Pour the blondie mix into a large bowl and whisk in the spices.
Put eggs into a medium bowl and beat lightly
Add the melted butter, and pumpkin and mix together well
Stir in the blondie mix until just combined
Pour half of the batter into the pan, add drops of the cinnamon crumble, and then top with the rest of the batter.
Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
Spread a thin layer of cinnamon bun spread over the top of the blondies
Mix the glaze packet with 1 tbsp of water, stir together and drizzle over the top.
Store in the refrigerator
