Quick and Easy Maple Almond Granola
Perfectly crunchy oats sweetened with maple and honey and full of toasted slivered almonds

- 5 cups oats
- 4 tbsp honey
- 5 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp flax seed
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- 4 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 325°F.
In a medium bowl, combine the oats, almonds, coconut flakes and cinnamon
Add oil, 4 tbsp of maple syrup, vanilla and honey and stir until well coated.
Pour the granola on the baking sheet, then spread across the pan making sure it's evenly distributed.
Drizzle the remaining 1 tbsp of syrup over the top of the oats
Bake for 8 minutes, then remove the pan from the oven and toss mixture, then press down evenly across the pan.
Bake another 6-8 minutes or until golden brown - don't overcook it, the oats will continue to harden after removing from the oven.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes
