Salted Chocolate Oatmeal Energy Bites
These salted chocolate oatmeal energy bites are a healthy no-bake snack made with rolled oats, peanut butter, protein powder, and dark chocolate. Naturally sweetened and freezer-friendly, they’re perfect for busy families and grab-and-go energy.

1 cup rolled oats ½ cup peanut butter 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp protein powder 1 cup chocolate chips or 2 blocks of melting chocolate melting chocolate will dry a lot faster coarse sea salt l
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients except 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips and mix together well
Shape into 1" balls and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and put in the freezer for 15 minutes
In a small bowl, add the remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1 tbsp coconut oil
Heat in the microwave at 30 second increments, stirring between each, until it becomes smooth
Using a slotted spoon, dip each ball into the chocolate making sure to cover the entire thing and place on the parchment paper
Let the chocolate cool for about 5 minutes and then sprinkle sea salt on top
Place back in the freezer for 15 minutes or until chocolate is fully dry
