Instructions
Prepare the rice according to the directions on the package.
Add dijon mustard, maple syrup, broth, salt, pepper and rosemary sprigs to a bowl and mix with a whisk until thoroughly combined.
Add the chicken to the slow cooker. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Place the rosemary sprigs in the sauce.
Slow cook for 3-4 hours on low or 6-8 hours on high.
Remove the rosemary stem from the sauce. Serve the chicken and sauce over rice.
