Tips for Chocolate Chip Oreo Crunch Bread

Mix the wet and dry ingredients until just combined – over mixing can cause your bread to be tough

Pre-heat oven long enough – Wait for 10 minutes before putting your bread in the oven. Quick bread relies on a sudden burst of heat to rise properly, so having the oven at the right temperature is key.

Cooling Properly – Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Cooling too quickly can cause the bread to collapse.

Storage of Chocolate Chip Oreo Crunch Bread

Store quick bread in an airtight container or wrap it tightly in plastic wrap to keep it fresh. It’s best consumed within a few days, but you can also freeze it up to a month. Allow 30-60 minutes to defrost.
