- 8 – 8 inch flour tortillas
- 2 cups Chicken – cooked and pulled
- 2 cups Rice
- 1 can Black Beans – Canned beans rinsed and drained
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Pepper Jack
- 1 cup package cream Cheese
- ยฝ cup salsa
- ยฝ tsp Cumin
- ยฝ tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream, cumin, garlic powder, and salsa until they are well combined
- Spread about 2 tbsp of mixture down the middle of each tortilla
- Place beans and rice on top of the cream cheese mixture
- Layer chicken on top of beans and rice and then sprinkle cheddar and pepper jack on top
- Tuck both sides of the tortilla towards the inside and then roll into a burrito
- Place burritos side by side in a large baking dish, cover with foil, and bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes. You’ll want to make sure the middle of the burritos is fully warmed up.
