Dreamy Brownie Fudge Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients
- Best Ever Brownies – or 1 box of brownie mix but making your own makes them extra good!
- 11 oz jar Hot fudge sauce
- 1 gallon vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 container cool whip
- 1 cup salted peanuts
Instructions
- Pour brownie batter into a 9″ inch round cake pan
- Bake according to instructions and allow to cool
- Allow ice cream to soften a bit – but you don't want it soupy, just enough so it's spreadable. Scoop ice cream over top of the brownies and spread out over brownies. Use the entire gallon so you get a nice, thick layer of ice cream.
- Put in the refrigerator for one hour or until ice cream is frozen
- Heat fudge for 30 seconds. Make sure it’s still thick but hot enough to pour and spread it over the top of the ice cream
- Put back in the freezer for 30 minutes
- Spread the whipped cream over the hot fudge layer and sprinkle crushed peanuts on top and pop back in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
