Ingredients
  

  • 1-¾ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbs milk

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and salt and set aside
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, combine sugars and butter and mix until fluffy, scraping sides of the bowl as needed
  • Add egg, vanilla and milk and mix well
  • Stir in peanut butter and mix until well combined
  • Combine flour mixture into the wet ingredients, and stir until just combined
  • Using a cookie scoop, remove cookie dough and shape into 1-inch cookie dough balls and roll in sugar
  • Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 375 for about 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven place on a wire rack and cool for a couple of minutes and top each with a kiss. If you add the kiss while cookie is still hot, it will melt

    I made these with my kids yesterday and they were so good and easy! I’ve made several versions of these over the years, but I think these were the easiest.
